Job Description: 1. Develop, implement, and improve HR procedures, system, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 2. Manage the recruitment and selection process. 3. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. 5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 6. Understanding and working exposure of legal compliance like labour law, PF, ESIC etc. throughout human resource management. 7. Nurture a positive working environment. 8. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. 9. Build a HR Team and Structure
