Job Description: Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies for key account management, aligning with overall business objectives and leveraging digital tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement. • Digital Marketing: Collaborate closely with digital marketing teams to align strategies ensuring consistency and synergy in digital messaging and campaigns. Identify solutions/technologies that can add value to key partners. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized digital offerings that meet business needs and drive revenue growth. Internal • Budgeting and P&L management: Spearheading P&L management initiatives, implementing effective monetization strategies, and overseeing budget allocations to optimize financial performance and drive growth. • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for key account management and regularly monitor performance against targets. Optimise strategies and tactics as needed to achieve desired outcomes. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Work closely with in-house teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives across all touchpoints, driving alignment and synergy in external interactions. • Analysis, Insights and Presentation: Utilize data to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to drive personalized digital strategies. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, providing insights into key account performance, opportunities, and challenges. • Industry Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation in key account management strategies.
