Job Description: 1. Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department 2. Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them to the relevant employee 3. Handling email and postal mail correspondence 4. Keeping the reception area clean and organized 5. Scheduling appointments and meetings 6. Maintaining visitor logs and other administrative records 7. Providing general information to visitors and employees 8. Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry 9. Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory 10. Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
