Job Description: Purpose of the Role: • Play a critical role in managing digital content on CMS and timely go live of all sale properties. Will be responsible to ensure delightful customer experience on TataNeu website through accurate and relevant content availability on website. • This role includes creation and maintenance of digital content on CMS and ensure 100% accurate and relevant content availability on the website. • Consistently delivering top quality content on the website, ensure CMS hygiene and develop analytical skills that help to take right decisions for better customer experience. Take initiatives which create impact within department efficiency or help business improve productivity. Roles and Responsibilities: • To ensure timely refresh of creatives on the CMS. • Update content in CMS as per the guidelines. • Quality check of content going live on the site. • Implementation of new features, data migration with proper tracking. Internal • Follow up with relevant stakeholders for gathering refresh information, follow proper escalation matrix for timely resolutions. • SEO, Keyword analysis and ensure 100% coverage and accuracy of SEO attributes. • Check daily reports and prepare status report for management reporting.
