Job Description: Conduct in-depth business analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.  Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide clear and actionable business insights.  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Categories, Marketing, and Technology.  Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver BI solutions that align with business goals within set timelines.  Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather user requirements and feedback for enhancing business processes.  Manage and lead analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with business objectives.  Provide daily performance insights on website banners and traffic, analyze metrics like CTR, conversions, new vs. repeat customers, and AOV, and suggest improvements.  Work with internal teams to optimize reporting, drive automation, and improve data availability with the help of the tech team.  Build dashboards for daily reporting and insights, especially during sales periods.
