Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: o Launch, implement and establish the NeuPass program towards delivering annual business plans and attainment of organizational goals. o Design and operationalize programs to track business progress, emerging industry trends and deliver solutions for improvement. o Provide guidance on product development and promotional strategies. o Build relationships with partner brand leaders, category leaders and identify business synergies. o Elevate existing partnerships and improve program design with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t. o Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased growth opportunities for the business. o Build cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth. o Foster and work to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
