Job Description: Purpose of the Role: • Be the custodian of ensuring quality digital content availability on across website and apps and performance marketing channels. Collaborate with various stakeholders (Category, marketing, brands, branding, Site Operations, Business Intelligence, and Product) to create content that meets business objectives and drives consumer engagement. • Play a critical role in design thinking of site creatives, Ideation of sale events, creative guidelines, improvising customer engagement, and page CTR and providing analytical insights to the business. • Creative mindset with an ability to conceive interesting ideas and deliver content and your ability to demonstrate the brand voice through Content created. Research and stay on top of industry news and trends, and turn them into meaningful and relevant discussions with the team at large. Internal Roles and Responsibilities: • To ensure timely availability of all digital assets for daily site refresh and sale events. • To strategise, lead and inspire the curation of best-in-class creatives for Tataneu target audiences. • Build an annual plan in lines with business AOP goals, which drives the growth, development, and execution of content strategy across channels – Site, CRM, Paid Marketing. • Analyse efforts against set KPIs and report results with actionable insights, recommendations, and growth strategies. • Be the Custodian of the content calendar for the TataNeu app and website, and maintain, refresh and create relevant stores to ensure functionality, content relevancy, and consumer engagement. • Be accountable for content marketing initiatives for all Tata brands and sale campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads in order to deliver sales and customer retention. • Identify and Partner with external agencies to build scale for content assets needed for big sale days, campaigns, and season launches. • Manage an External Brands content asset library and work with Brand Merchandising team to refresh and update the library every season. • Review governance and workflow approaches to ensure that content flow and process is smooth, optimised, timely and efficient. • Maintain efficiency of outcome both qualitative and quantitative to meet the business need on time, on quality. • Create guidelines, SOP and SLA for internal and external stakeholders for various content creation processes. • Serve as the main POC for all content-related matters; aligning and collaborating regularly with multiple teams, ensuring full transparency regarding project status and timelines.
